It is in the game.ini, under "Settings", not in "Global".

You can get a changed game.ini here:

http://www.no-grip.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1312

Look out for the "TT-no_reset"-patch. It includes the global-torque set to 1.0 and revised settings for the resettimes if you are off track or crashing. Don't care about the topic and other realism-mods if you think, it isn't your cup of tea. The no-reset patch can be used as a standalone patch without problem.

Cheers,
Ralph.B

First have a quick read of the readme for the BZFmanager. It can be found on the No-Grip files section besides the D/L for the BZFmanager

Have a read first and for a quick solution:
You must doubleclick on the selected filename and it will open it in your editor(notepad in your case)

Porsche comes as a separate package.
So it dosen't use our tires. GTM1.0 is also integrated in the reset patch. Both resset and tires patches can be found on the first page of the Real mod thread.

As said above, the GTM-change is already content of the "TT-no-reset Patch". This is a stand-alone patch and doesn't make any other changes in cars, tracks or tires. Of course you can install all of the three patches and get a new, more realistic tiremodel, but not really necessary if you are happy with your game as it is.

If you wantt to make changes yourself, you first have to export the relevant file with BFZ-manager. Then you will find a folder inside your RT_install called "ExportedData". Inside you find, what you've extrated and can edit the files with a related editor, for example a texteditor like wordpad or a paintprogram, if you want to edit skins. After the edit is done, import the altered file back to the game, again with the BFZ-Manager.

Hope, that is helpful!

If looking in the tire thread 1.0g_final is the same as our final tire found on the RealMod thread .
1.0 GTM is integrated in the no resets patch
All of the other tires in the tire thread are only experiments, so best is you use the TT tiredyn1[1].0final tire.

Hope it helps

Sorry to bring this up after such a while, but I'm trying to see what my torque setting is, but I can't find it.

I don't have a game.ini file in the settings folder or anywhere else in the RT folder!

You need RTBZF manager to get that file.
