Default Cannot sleep!

Argh!

Just spent pretty much the whole night tossing and turning in my covers! , i have pretty much given up on sleep tonight, but it has been happening more and more recently. I (attempt to) sleep in pretty much total darkness, ..with almost no audible sound at all, on a matress thats pretty comfy.... I just dont know what the problem is. .. anyone?

The low frequency hum of a new halogen lamps power-supply kept me away
from sleeping once.
So i get a switch to shut down all electric stuff in my bedroom when i want to sleep.

You suffer from CX650 syndrome. Refer to your doctor for more information.

I had troubles to put myself to sleep if it was too silent. When I was younger, I always but some music on the background, in it did the trick.
Now springtime I have trouble to not put myself to sleep, thanks to my allergies and antihistamine. Yesterday too a nap from six to seven, and before nine, I was sleeping like a baby in my bed.

he already said he was doin that all night tossing and turning! need to knock it off alex and let yourself sleep! all those girlies on your cam are'nt helping!
no seriously tho, yeah alex i always have my room fan on, i like the whirring noise and i have trouble sleeping without some kinda low noise, maybe you wanna try that, maybe its just too quiet and serene if that makes any sense... failing that i could send you some of my replays to show you what fast really is, at least you'd be occupying you're time productively!

Funny stuff guys.

Try do something relaxing before going to bed, like watching tv. Staying on the computer before bed keeps you awake.

I get into bed and watch tv, normally relaxes me. But when it doesn't i listen to some music from my vast collection on my mp3 player. Normally does the trick.
