Cant get mod to work even though in right folder

Hi. I have the new f1 mod and patch but the mod has nothing in it so put the patch in it but still wouldnt work so I put the mod away and just used the patch. I have put it in without the mod.

please help asap

Is the mods rfm file in the correct folder too?

It doesnt have a rmp file m8. I still dont understand it.

It is my first day with rf anyway.

If there are no files with the mod to put in the rfm folder there is no way that I know of for the game to recognise and load the mod.

Installing a patch without the original full mod will not work. You need the full mod complete with rfm files for the rfm folder, sound files for the sounds folder and vehicle files for the vehicle folder. Some talent files would also be nice.
