Group 5 mod wip
this thread is for the gr5 mod news and updates. i will post photos of the car models development.
will contain : - porsche 935/76, 934/5, 914 and carrera rsr turbo - ford escort II bda turbo and capri turbo - toyota celica lp turbo - bmw m1 gr5 turbo (will ask for permission to use and edit model) - lancia beta montecarlo (will ask for permission to use model) which is a total of nine cars. any suggestions welcome papagis |

both the 935s and 320s (turbo) form team21 are going to be in some exciting gr5 races - not in gr5 mod but will work fine together.
as for the stratos : great idea but a lot of work. i will decide if the stratos or the csl turbo (750ps) will be made |

What about the Ford Mustang i'm sure it raced in Grp 5 along with the Capri and the Escort.I know its hard work but maybe other people will be willing to either model the extra cars for you or even allow you to convert models, worth a shot

would the greenwood wide body corvette be considered a group 5 race car? It has the same exaggerated bodywork and was raced in between 1970-1980. It also had a top speed on the mulsanne comparable to a 935 porsche. I hope someone makes it though, its a very nice looking car and it fits with the group 5 performance.

There where a lot of cars that could have raced in Grp5 that didnt so i guess the Corvette would fit in. It all depends is papag21 wants to keep this just to cars that raced in the actual Grp 5 catagorie or not.

for the BMW M1 mod try rfactorcentral or you could ask scca1981 he converted it for them

You have my permission to use the Rfactor Bmw M1 model to help create a Gp5 Bmw M1 for GTL only .... Some guys already asked to convert the M1 to Gp5 in RFactor and there is a team converting the Gp4 M1 for GTL already ... |
