To make sure with correct setup, is it to install 242_v100.rtp and don't need to install 242_globmultifix.rtp?
The correct TorqueMax value of Engine.ini is 234 , right? |

As the aothor of this car I can say that the correct value should be 304 so if it's to be realistic the globmultfix should be installed as the realistic physics patch sets the global multiplier to 1.0.
But I do not decide the rules here so wait for a moderator answer... |

Thanks for bringing this up; I have added the info to the first post in this thread. So it is Volvo 242 v 1.0, add the globmultifix and then the TireTeam tires.

...and of course the basic TT_real-all-in-one Patch has to be installed as a basic of course!
But the main actors here in the challenge know this - only as a hint for newbies. Greetings Ralph.B (member of TheTireTeam) |

Dont worry Imagine this week will be as popular as ever or even more.
Love the car-feels really good. It shows that RTS013 had the connection to the real car and the days spent making this car really show in its quality. Love the suspension and the handeling I never drove it before-which is a big mistake from my side. I also like the diff settings you used And finnaly we get a strong car on a fast gutsy stage to compete-my favourite combination. Too bad that we(TT) werent ready with the upload for this week's competition as on new settings the car will feel even better Hope that next week we will be ready. So now for the time: 2.32.37 :ace: With beasts Achived in my third drive so a lot of room for improvement. On this stage dedication and stage knowledge will be the winning combination. |

I too would like to see more slower drivers here, there must be some so don’t be shy. Just remember – when Prince Rainer asked Graham Hill what it was like being near the back of the field, Graham replied that you met a better class of person! |

V1.0 with Globi (this car has wonderful handling, though a bit overpowered), heavy on the mousse. |

Please don't be mad at me becouse i didn't think anything bad I just wanted to say something about time differences-for istance you see that differences between first 3 places -it is just part of a second and it is really cool but i too would like to have some competition in my level-that's why we need more people to participate in this challenge (i'm not saying SLOWER people-just MORE ) so that we can all have some friend to compeat with in small time differences-take a look at Ralph & me with a Gordini-that was cool -ok,maybe i'm not THAT slow but compearing or thinking that i'm fast looking at slower times is foolish and i will be satisfied (like allways) if my best time here is better then firs attack from some experiance drivers like P_G or Ollo. :OMG:

Yes of course, we need more drivers to kick up the dust, but how to attract them? That's a theme for another thread.
John_Schoen's time seems to be missing from the leaderboard. |

Imagine, I'm not in alien class and not a genius driver. I need to drive many many many times to achieve alien-like result. I guess some real-alien drivers don't need to drive so much. In the Gordini8 week, I started on Tuesday and drove at least 20 hours in total. This week I started on Saturday night and so your 2:33.XX is very hard to me. This is my final bid. This stage is quite boring because it's not hard to know a fast line but the problem is hard to do it. Some stages is harder to find a fast line and so will continue to give you surprise. This car is beautifull but really uncomfortably noisy.

I can go a little bit faster at every split, but I'm not so lucky to make it all in one run so this is it for me... I hade lots of small mistakes but also had a few very fast turns so the overall was pretty good. Can't beleve you made it below 2.25 :OMG: That must be the winning time

Last not least - my first and only attack. Hadn't much time for practice this week, so only a bad stagetime. But better a few points than none.
