Try to run the track with full detail and DX9 ...it should be OK...
(it was not intended to be used with low settings... sorry)

If You have a weaker machine, try to dig out the 1969 version of the track that I posted somewhere some time ago... that one should work with lower graphics settings.

This is one of the best tracks for GTR2 but! when i start a time trial skipping the outlap, my car drops from the sky.. any ideea how to fix this ?

Any updates on this beautiful track? I was planning on using it for a league race, but pit stops won't work for me- the crew walks up, then walks away without servicing the car.

-I forgot to include the GTR2 grid walk file, so here it is attached
(just overwrite the one You will find in the preluk1974 folder
"Preluk1974.grd")

hi,
the circuit is very well, cheer and thank you! on the other hand did I am not very content with my horizon, but why put such a thick green filter??? I am disappointed a little. version GTL is better right because of this detail.

le circuit est très bien,bravo et merci !
par contre je suis pas très content de mon horizon, mais pourquoi avez vous mis un filtre vert aussi épais ??? je suis un peu déçus .
la version GTL est mieux juste a cause de ce détail.

It depends at witch time of day You are racing... try to change the race start time to 14:00 ...
Anyway thanks for having pointed this out... I will check myself too, since I`m not sure anymore what settings I put in the trk file...

I will update it if I find out that I messed up something

But...there are again a problem in this version of preluk. When I skip the formation lap...the race don't start with the green flag, but the cars do the formation lap.....forever

Te lo scrivo in italiano....forse puoi capirmi meglio che col mio pessimo inglese

Quando salto il giro di formazione....la gara non parte lo stesso, xkè non viene abbassata la bandiera verde, quindi le vetture continuano nel giro di formazione....ne fanno uno...due .... tre....quattro....cinque....ma la gara non parte cmq! Continuano a fare giri di formazione in eterno!!!

Ciao MMDT
Devi rimuovere il vecchio "HAT file"; lo trovi nella cartella:
C:\Program Files\GTR2\UserData\LOG\HAT\Preluk1974.hat

-Se non lo rimuovi, l`AIW continua a girare con le vecchie impostazioni della versione 1.0

-Nella schermata prima di iniziare la gara devi impostare:
"Starting grid STANDING" non Rolling.

...Comunque ci sto lavorando sopra, cosi che uno di questi giorni scarichero la nuova versione con il giro di formazione funzionante.

-Fammi sapere, per cortesia, se rimovendo Preluk1974.hat riesci a farli partire ...

Gianni...allora....con l'eliminazione del vecchio hat file... La gara parte, semaforo rosso e via...solo che appena entrano in contatto un paio di vetture in partenza (essendo la sede stradale molto stretta...) la corsa va subito in regime di bandiere gialle il 90% delle volte (sarò sfortunato io?)

Il problema è che, la gara, testata in modalità "week-end"....non da problemi, ma quando ovviamente inserisco il circuito in un mio campionato personalizzato (.gdb), il problema si ripresenta, in quanto la griglia li è "rolling" e non "standing".

Il circuito come ho avuto modo di vedere piu volte, è fantastico, solo che in certe parti, le vetture sono forse troppo veloci e quindi sbattono violentemente molto spesso. Credo tu l'abbia progettato x il power and glory mod...quindi vetture molto piu lente.... mentre con i mod di gtr2 piu recenti, le vetture sbattono anche all'uscita dei tornantini (forse troppo stretti).

In tutti i casi complimenti davvero il tuo lavoro....(e anche x gli altri), questo circuito è fantastico.

ps hai in serbo qualche altro circuito vecchio stampo come questo? Io sogno il Piccolo delle Madonie della Targa Florio, ma credo sia impossibile!

Indeed, the AIW is acceptable only for old and slow cars; sadly, I understand very little about AIW editing, and on top of that, I am a lousy driver, so I cant promise any better concerning the AIW file

Anyway, I will fix in the future the formation lap (rolling start), but that is all...

Concerning Targa, I know that someone is converting it for rFactor, so You can hope to see it in GTR2 or GTL one day

Please, Don`t drive Lamborgini or Testarossa on this road... it is rally not suited for those cars

... P&G is the right choice to enjoy it

Fred_as, there must be a problem in Your install, I have tested is and got a perfectly clear skybox... (except on rainy days, morning ad evening) ... don`t know what to say... try deleting the complete Preluk1974 folder, and download and install again...

(You will find the scene lighting settings in the .trk file if you want to play around with it...)

Anyone can cofirm the skyboy issue???

I notice in your credits you thank the Blender Foundation! Have you been using Blender just for the models or for actual track design? If for tracks can you give me any pointers how to get from Blender to GTR2 (or rFactor)?
