ebay.com may also be useful.
Just don't buy a second hand (used) copy, you probably won't be able to use the online part of it via Steam due to it already having been installed and tied to the original owners Steam account. That's assuming you want the online part of the game of course. |

I got STCC through Steam and it downloaded fairly quickly considering the size.
