Thumbs up

Just donated my first 15$. I Have been in this forum ~2 month now and mainly driving Wednesday GTL races. Also have downloaded a lot of add-on tracks and a few cars.

I want to thank you all administrators ect. arranging events and supervising online races. But also people who spend their time with converting and creating all those great tracks, skins and add-on cars that make GTL to live on. While purchasing GTL @ 19,90€ (Bargain!) about 3 months ago I didn't know about the added content it could give. 15$ is a tiny compensation for that.

BIG thanks
-Jukka (racing as jukkelis)

Couldn't agree more Jukka

I have been into No Grip and GTL for about the same time as you - and I've been amazed by the dedication and enthusiasm by everyone here. It's the best racing by the best people - wish I'd got the game when it came out! I am more than happy to donate towards something which brings me a lot of fun and new friends.

See you on track

If you donate just the amount to last you a year, you should see it by the colour of your name, which will then revert from orange to black. I don't know if you will receive a notice though.

I've got a question about this new donation system. I visited the page and if I understand what it says it seems that whatever level I donate at it becomes recurring. So that at the end of the period I select will my Paypal account be charged that amount again automatically?

Yes, but you can cancel it at any time to stop it recurring.

I was just about to make a sizable donation when Paypal notified me that my account would debited the same amount every month!!! I do not have a job at the mo so I am not keen on having x amount taken out of my account every bloody month.

I prefer to make one off donations if and when I can. How would I go about this as I do not want paypal taking cash out of my account that I dont have?????

All jokes and one liner's aside. This is a really unique space. I did not know that folks get into this type of racing so seriously, it really is amazing! It's really cool; win the races (if ya can), grab or upgrade a car, or a map...

Again, this is a very special space for motorsport enthusiasts, and I thank you for letting me jump in. I'll leave a tip at the door.

Hi

I dont mean any harm by this or disrespect, but can we have some kind of confirmation that our money is indeed going to the Great Ormond Street Hospital after all is said and done?

Reason i ask, is that i have seen far too many cons on other sites, and yes they even used loved ones as an excuse, or my house is going to be reprocessed or something like that.

I hate to ask this sort of question, hope you understand and by no means am i calling you a fraudster or being disrespectful

thanks

Yes. Its being donated through the www.justgiving.com website, and I will make the donations on behalf of NG and I will post a screen capture accordingly to show this. Further more, the original founder of NG helped set up the www.justgiving.com page for us, which I am sure he would be happy to verify.

I'm just posting to say I can verify its true and the money will be going to Great Ormond Street Hospital via the justgiving.com site.. sadly a couple of weeks back I had to make some pages for Jabba's main business website about this( his brother was a director there and well known to many of their clients), and helped him to setup the Justgiving page

Hi
Started to donate yesterday then realised PayPal want’s to save my information, not for me. Other sites using PP let you bypass the PP account creation. Or did I miss something?

I am very sorry to learn of your loss.

Same thing happened to our family in July 2007; my younger brother passed away very unexpectedly. Heart failure at age 46.

Enjoy life. Tell those you love how special they are to you.
