TDU all car cheat or code for PC ??

I don't care about the online play, don't care about the missions really..............I like the driving about aimlessly and eluding the police in chases. I somehow lost my reg key on the PC, not physically I mean, and had to re-enter it today when I went back to play after a while of not playing. The result, the saved data I did have that contained ALL cars no longer works. It goes right back to the character select screen and then the car rental. ACK !!! Does someone have a player save data file or can direct me to where I can get a cheat to give me all cars?? I'd be rather appreciative thanks.

I searched and got a TON of console cheats that are not interesting to me. Super brakes, bounce, flying.....all stupid ones that are more for kids than me. I don't generally use these types of things, so honestly, not sure exactly what to look for without some guidance. There are lots of "trainers", but I don't have a clue what they are.
