Time advance??

Any way to make the 'time advance' work on Race 07 like it does in GTR2?
In other words.....start the race in sunshine (2PM) and end it as the sun is setting (6PM).

To my knowledge, Race is always during the day. No realistic sun.

Unless its in the PLR file.
