Please help! GTR 2 servers don't work where I live

I've moved to China. This place blocks everything even Mother Theresa's website is banned lol. I try to go online and play GTR 2 and I get "could not connect to the server". I've got the online patch installed and when I try to go to www.gtr-evolution.com the connection stays idle but when I use UltraSurf it goes to www.gtr-evolution.com the server for GTR 2 is gtr2server1.gtr-evolution.com so I can't connect to it!

Is there a work around? Did China block gtr-evolution.com or was Simbin the one who wouldn't allow people in China to connect to their servers? Please help me!
