Can anyone host this mod elsewhere. I have not been able to log in to GTR4U for months now. I cannot reregister because my email address is known to the system. I'm stuck. Also Nicht spechen Deutsch, so gut. so can't really work out what to do.

What I see is the screen for username and password. I can't get beyond that. Doesn't matter which option I select nothing happens. My username and password that worked for 2 years stopped working and I can't reregister. Could someone email it to me,please. I am only getting 21kb p/m, and this is a rather large file, it sure looks like the wait may be worth it, but 2 1/2 hours till dl end is killing me...

) and it really is a work of art !
Cars look beautiful (thanks to a lot of painters), they sound GREAT (thanks to DucFreak) and they drive very, very well (thanks to the E21-team).

A real priceless addon for GTL !!

I joined gtr4u and downloaded according to the link that's posted... now I seem to be having some problem with the install. I am using winrar- after downloading I extracted the ... file to the GTL main folder as instructed in the readme. However, when I run the game, I don't see the E21 anywhere.

I went in to the GTL folder to check, and there is the E21 folder in there- and all seems to be present in that folder. Is there a step I'm missing?? I don't read the German at gtr4u (except for a few words) so maybe I'm missing a step or downloading the wrong thing. HELP! I want to drive this car!

I just checked the sim, and they are viewable in the GTC-TC-76 series in the sim, under the heading of 'BMW 320'. Just can't race them until you buy one or more (37 of 'em!). Course, you can take them out for a spin in the Dealer Garage...

Agree, it's a very nice mod.

Agree, it's a very nice mod.

I looked through GTC-TC-76 and there was nothing there (when running the game that is) so I know there's something wrong...

Okay, so just place the folders individually in the main folder?

You should have a folder called 'BMW 320' inside the GTC-TC-76 folder.
Inside that are 37 folders for the cars, plus a few 'loose' files.

You should also have an 'E21_SA' folder in the 'sounds' folder, in the 'cars' folder; i.e., GameData > Sounds > Cars > E21_SA. EDIT - this is a bit confusing...open the 'Sounds' folder, then the 'Cars' folder inside that, then place the E21_SA folder there...

And lastly, in the 'Talent' folder a whole bunch of .rcd files supplied with the mod. Those you can't determine are right (or even there) unless you saved that folder and can compare to what's there now; luckily, you don't really need the talent .rcd's, as the sim will run fine without them.

Don't think so....

Dragging a Gamedata folder into the GTL main folder and letting it overwrite just drives me crazy; know there's gonna be something not working right (for me)...so I do every single install (car\track\other) manually. That way, I KNOW where the files are going. And even less, I don't trust Windows to extract files properly, or more to the point, WinRar doing it...that's just me.

Don't know why you two are having problems...

This is top quality work,
Thanks to all involved for your effort
I also had to drag the “Gamedata” file in and let it over write but it worked perfect.
This always freaks me out a bit as well haha.
I love the twitchy short wheel base feel of it, a notorious E30 chassis trait.
I think the car will prove to be a bit to fast for the other cars in the class helped by the large amount of gear and shock adjustment that the other cars don’t have.
I am already under some of the GTL Rank lap records with it.
I’m not complaining I love the car, but it would be a shame if it is to fast to race with the others in say an online situation.
Still there is already a large speed difference in the class and something has to be the fastest.
Thanks again we all appreciate the work.
