Load down and unpack to a temporary folder.
Move the 311ho folder to your BLW CSL folder as shown.
This car is full standalone.
You will use it for your own risk.

I think there is a tutorial in Englisch language here at nogrip, but I cannot find itat the moment.

I use GIMP (freeware) to edit psd. files,
DDS Corverter 2 (freeware) to convert psd to dds,
FRAPS (freeware) to record videos
VirtualDub (freeware) to cut videos and
RAD Video Tools (freeware) to make the bik files.

Google it, try it, it makes a lot of fun.
