Default Tuning Cars?

I'll cut to the chase.

I've seen people tune cars to be unrealistically powerful. I was wondering what is the process of doing so? Is it editing or swapping files?

U need to open the .eng file located inside GTR2 and edit using notepad.

Just find the folder for the car u want to tune, open the .eng file and increase the values... Remember that this will cause online mismatch!!!

That's real strange though. How can an Elise be faster in a straight line than an Ultima GTR?

You spun off every corner anyway
