OK- The downloads page does seem to be problematic - I'll post a note on the forum about it to get it fixed.

U can get it from these pages on the same site...

Actually, how is this useful?

I guess I missed something on their site, but I didn't see anything that described what any of it's outputs look like. They explain the heck out of what steps it takes to setup for utilization of it's extensive captures, but nothing much else.

What exactly do they have for output displays? And where on the site do you find them?

I'd love to see something that took a replay and parsed it out.

But beyond that.............. Seeing the acceleration rate of a car out of a turn tells you a ton about the gearing (and engine's horsepower).

Thanks for the pictures, but does it do more than just that?

The data reported in the displays appears to give you brake temps that aren't available through MoTeC. It's really nice that there is a realtime way to look at some things, but diagnosing a setup isn't something best done while driving.

Since you can't change tire pressures and cambers while driving, it would seem there has to be other things it can do for you that can't be done with MoTeC. Can it's brake temp output be captured for easier interpretation later? Most people can't monitor brake temp and drive very well, and certainly not in race traffic.

Is that screen display all that it does? Is there a list of all it's data capture channels somewhere on their website?

This sort of util is of very limited usefulness in a race situation but is great to have in practice. I use it to know how long it takes for my brakes/tires to get up to temp, if my temps change after so many laps, how my oil/water temps are (great if you are running radicals so you don't cook your engine) and how much you can close up the brake vents and radiator.

In a race situation (well, with Race 07 type sprint races) if you are worried about your temps, you are too late so don't worry! I find that this info in real time in practice helps me manage a race better (manage my engine, brakes and tires)

Thanks, I was pretty sure it only covered those things.

You know, they're actually things that don't take a lot of changing outside of the tire temps. One click is usually all you have for adjustment of the two vents. So you got the brake ducts and the radiator opening. Those would be easier to see with a realtime tool. And brake temps aren't available anywhere else. I usually set my radiator opening now just by looking at the temps in the garage display after 5 laps running and then set the brakes the same unless I feel the track is one where brakes aren't used much. Then I set the brake duct one less than the radiator. Done
