Weather settings 'in-game' or in PLR file

Hi
I placed some new 'sky' files in the 'Shared' folder found in the 'Locations' file.

'In-game', there is a sunny day indicated, but when going out on the track, it is overcast!
How can I ensure that everytime I load a track, I can in this case have sunny weather when leaving the pits as well.
Is there a setting 'in-game' or in the PLR file that needs to be changed?
