Why do none of the mods I install work??

Okay, so i downloaded the Gallardo Challenge mod and the Lexus IS-F mod. I installed both of them according to the readme and how I install everything else. I can get them to work in the championships, but if i got to practice or raceday they aren't on the list. Did anyone else have this problem or is my system screwed. Any fixes??

In the "class" selection tab, have you tried clicking the left and right arrows to change the class?
