Should work, but it doesn't

I try to install a new cam to the online version of the game, the known way, but it doesn't work. In the offline however it does.

Steam/steamapps/username/race 07/gamedata(created)/teams(created)/camfile

So this is what i am doing and it doesn't work. There is something i don't know probably. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
