New camera file for Valencia GP (GTL and GTR2)

Here is my first (and probably only) cam file...
There might be some camera activation problem between "curva 5" and "curva 6",
but I can not manage to improve. Sorry about that.

Don't forget to make back-up of the original file!

All credit for the track goes to its original creators, and converters.
