I looked on the forum and there is no thread with updated iRacing promo codes for new users. I will keep this thread up to date as frequently as possible. Of course, using my email as referral would keep me highly motivated.

I will be racing again so I hope to see some new faces on track!

There really aren't a whole lot of new promo codes being released. Looking at past codes and the new ones, it seems they cycle them from month to month. You could try using older promo codes and they seem like they may still work.

1 Year Renewal $25 off: PR-JULY-11-74

Instructions on how to receive your credits

To take advantage of this renewal offer login to your existing account by clicking here (please do not create a new account). Once you have logged in to your account follow the steps listed below:
Click the My Account link at the top of the page
Click the Change Subscription link
Choose Yearly then click the Renew Early button
Then choose payment method and fill out/review the billing and shipping information.
Accept the Terms and Agreements and then click the Next button.
Be sure to enter promo code: PR-JULY-11-74 in the promotion code box.

So far that is it. I haven't seen any others floating around. I will be keeping an eye out for holiday deals though, as those should be coming out in the near future.

Thanks to everyone who has used me as a referrer. I have your real names but I can't tell who is who on here.

Also, A quick bump to get this to the top for unsuspecting victims (new members!).

Apologies if this is a stupid question. I signed up for iracing a while back, unfortunately real life intruded too much, and I never bothered to renew. I did enjoy the racing though.

Would I be able to sign up with a new email to get the year for $65 deal, or am I stuck with re-activating my old account ?

Default Black Friday deal

I took advantage of iRacing's "Black Friday" offer last year -- they're doing it again this year, but the deal is even better this time around: This year's promotion will be renew for a year for the normal price of $99 and you will receive $30 in iRacing credit the following week (this is over 30% off for a one-year membership).

This info was posted in the iRacing member forums -- I would expect the offer to appear on the iRacing main page on Thursday evening.

Not too bad. The thing that sucks about the iRacing credit is that you can only use one $10 credit at a time. Kind of sucks seeing that the cars and tracks are like $12 and $15.

That is bad I did not know that. However, as I want Spa, Oulton and Suzuka, I will get my $30's worth no problem, so I might well be tempted with that.

That´s not true. Everytime I get a credit, I just add it to my account. Click on "View Cart" at the very top of the iRacing members page. Copy&paste the code into the field and click "apply". This adds the credits to your account.

Then, when you buy cars and tracks, it first takes the credits before the CC gets charged.

Thanks, I would have never known that. If you try to apply multiple codes to your cart it wont work like that.

Question though. Do you ever lose your credits if you don't use them?

No, you do not. Someone "gifted" me $15 in iRacing credits -- I purchased a track for $14.95, and I was left with $0.05 credit in my account. It sat there until my next purchase.

Easy.

Not so -- see my post above. If you have $30.00 in iRacing credits and you buy a track for $14.95, you will be left with $15.05 in iRacing credits.

Works great.

Two more recommendations and I can afford all the tracks I need for a series! I need 6 tracks at $14.95 a piece. Since I am going to buy 6, I get 20% off. That comes out to $71.76. After buying two cars, I am left with $50 in credit. This works out almost perfect.

UPDATE: I found a 10% off lifetime code. It can only be used a certain amount of times. PM me if interested.

Also, if you have not noticed, the renewal deal is up. Good until the 29th.

Which one is the renewal code, please?

I hope it's not too tempting, I should wait till February for that

The renewal is not done through a code. The way it works is if you renew from the 25th through 29th, you will receive a $30 iRacing credit. The price is the same though, I believe $90 for the year.

If you have months left in your account, it will just add it to the end. You will not lose months you have already paid for.

Mmmm, thanks Zild !

It's actually quite tempting for me. I'd throw away almost 3 months (as I said, I'd race little till February), but on the other hand I'd save 30$ on my next tracks&car purchase.

I'll give it some thought and make up my mind the 29th. Thanks again

Two more questions: It only works with the all year subscription? How often do the offer the promotion?

No, thank you Zild/Evan. I'd been wanting to sign up for some time now but didn't know about a lot of the deals you've listed. So, I actually signed up and don't even have a wheel yet (after Christmas to-do list). But, I've been on every night watching through the 'spectator' option and trying to learn.

So, I'm Landon. And, thanks again.

Hi guys, I just input the year subscription with the Williams F1 and my finger is hovering over the enter key! I'm a little concerned though, does this subscription also come with the 8 tracks and 5 cars normal new users get? Any quick reply would be fantastic thank you!

I really hate to say this but one would think at least a "thank you" for the referral would be in order. I didn't use the promo codes Zild put up, but I thought I'd toss a bone for the effort anyhow. Kinda makes a guy wish I'd have given the referral to someone else.
