Anyone have any luck setting this wheel up for RBR? Seems like 200degree mode is too twitchy, and 900degree mode feels like you're driving a dump truck. I've tried the filter settings, but they just don't go far enough in either direction. I've also tried calibrating in 900degree mode, but only turning the wheel about halfway, and this feels a little better, but it still feels wrong. Any suggestions?

Yep, I had begun to wonder if I would ever use the 900 degree function on other than the PS2, but with DXTweak you can configure it perfectly to your taste. The feeling of realism is enhanced enormously by being able to turn off all the filters, as you have found
BTW, I find the settings that suit me for RBR work perfectly for GTR as well |

Most games have enough adjustment built into them that I haven't had a problem. But, there is a few that don't. But, now it's all just a bad memory for me, thanks to the dxtweak.
Thanks again! |

This Logitech Driving Force Pro looks great...I have seen no bad review about it.
I am frustrated by 180 or 200 degrees wheels...it is perfect for formula one....but for all rally games, for LFS, 570 or 900 degrees without any artificial filter must be great!! When you are using DXtweak, does this wheel works in 570 degrees with Rally Trophy, LFS, other rally games? Strange that they sell it only for PS2 if it works nice for PC...they miss many customers. |

DXTweak settings are made outside the game and independently of it - so it will work with any game. Make sure you shut DXTweak down after you have made and saved any settings as it is very memory intensive.
My guess is that it is some licencing issue (perhaps with Sony) that prevents them marketing it as a dual platform device. Jack  |

Hehe I want this wheel!
Other wheels are nice....but what does it mean, a mini, a 206, with a 180 degrees steering wheel? I can see when a normal car driver tries to use my wheel that even if it it well calibrated, 180 degrees is not realistic....we are used in car to move the wheel a lot at low speed. It takes a long time to understand that on all wheels excepted DFP, you shouldn't move your wheel 90 degrees left when approaching a corner like on a normal car, because it is like turning suddenly more than 360 degrees left on a normal car....you just lose grip. |

Yes-this wheel would be great to have. And you described the problem with 180 degrees perfectly juls
One of the biggest problems is to make new stuff based on real cars. You have to get over the lack of G forces problem and than also the drastic steering lock problem. It makes it hard to be objective. I think that i will buy this wheel one day(only if it also limmits the lock physicly) and will use the insides of current wheel to make a 720 degrees wheel myself(all steel). |

Hi All.
I'm new to the forum, but not to race gaming! Any way, I'm wanting to buy a new Wheel, and I find out in the web that the Logitech Driving Force Pro also works for PC and includes the great feature of 900º rotation. Can you tell me if it works fine for other games as in RBR? And does it work specifically for GPL? How we put it to work in the PC? The drivers for it come with the wheel or we have to get them? And where? And the buttons in the wheel, can they be used altough they are for Playstation? Sorry for all the questions? Any way, I hope you can answer me quick because I want to buy it soon, taking advantage of my family Christmas spirit!! Thank you very much to you all in advance. p.s.- I got to buy RBR as it seems to be great for all you writed here!!

Yep, works for every game i've tried it on, including GPL.
The buttons work fine, but some older games don't support all of them.Just go to Logitech's website and download the latest Wingman software. Works fabulous! I really like this wheel. With that DXTweak software, the adjustment is almost unlimited. Go for it! |

I also bought this wheel and will have it tomorrow hopefully. I'll expect some fun when driving RWD-pseudo escort with this

I've had one ~6 months and I love it. Even if GT4 is never released, it's still a good purchase.
