Default Question about tyre temps.

Hi all.
Please can anyone advise me about getting my tyre temps right?
I’m new to this setup lark
I know I have to get the tyres set for optimum temps 85-95 C with an average in the centre but the problem I have is my FL tyre (rfactor/rtrainer/toban) gets too hot over 100 C usually across the entire tyre on a fast or hard right turn (I suspect this is normal) but cools after the turn and goes to operating temperature on the straight. So my question is do I set the tyre for optimal operation for when it is working hardest or for when the tyre is on a straight and cooling or do I have to adjust suspension for this tyre as well as camber and pressure at hard working corners?
I’ve read a lot about tyre setups but none explain at what part of the circuit to set the tyre.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks, guys! This is the best tutorial I have seen yet, for the principles of race suspension.

Same here festapwr.
I even found the answer to when and where to set camber and pressure on tracks and it explains damper bump/rebound slow and fast very well, it was a bit confusing before. Still is, but i've a better understanding.
