Unlock Everything including Limited Edition cars at Level 5

I just modified the reputation_unlockables.xml and unlockableitems.xml file for myself but if anyone else wants it they can have it. This unlocks all events and paints when you reach either level 2, 5, 10, 15 or 20. The bonus cars and Limited Edition are now there from the start in the car lot I recommend using a trainer to buy all the bonus cars & Limited Edition cars and the rest of the remaining cars in the car lot.

For example if you are under level 5 it will work with any profile when you reach level 5 but if you are above level 5 you will need to use the level 10 file to unlock the stuff when you reach level 10 and the trainer is just recommended to get lots of money to buy all the cars in the car lot.

All of the cars can be bought anytime if you have the money as they are already there by default now. You only need about $50 Million to buy all cars from the car lot including the bonus and limited edition cars.

All events and paints are also unlocked, but the limited edition events cannot be accessed at the moment for non-limited edition owners.

It works but only half the cars get put in your garage and the Porsche 911 GT3 RS Auto Bild Edition disappears from your garage when you quit the game

Cars like the Cinque and Lambo Murcielago are unavailable to regular SHIFT2U owners (Cinque requires purchase of HP and Murcie requires LE).

Though I totally see your point, sim racers don't want to be unlocking stuff!! They want to choose what car they want at whatever track from the start, not be made to jump through hoops for them.

Like I said I'm not having a go at you, because I wouldn't want a cheat for a game like Gears of War or adventure, sports games etc, but racing games aren't about objectives and ticking off boxes and advancing levels for me, it's purely about racing cars that I'll never get to race on real racing circuits and living a dream. I don't want to buy a Ford Focus and gradually buy bits for it to make it faster to then just trounce the Ai for money just to buy another car...blah blah blah.

Nissan Silvia, Lambo LP640 and Giulietta won't be in your garage! You'll just have to buy them like the other regular cars

As for the rest of the list: these cars are not in the game right now and will be added later in the DLC packs.

If you own a console you can always throw your money at EA to finish the game for you
or hack the cars for free on the pc version

Is there a money trainer compatible with this hack?

I made a new profile, and used the level 2 file you provided. So now I have a bunch of cool stuff to race with, but no trainers work with the game anymore. So I can't give myself any money to buy the cars I just unlocked for purchase.

I used the +5 trainer by h4x0r to get money it worked fine for me. I now have 999,999,999 credits

Thanks, I reached level 15 only to have the game crash in one of GT3 races and now my player profile has locked all completed events i.e. corrupted profile file. This might help or otherwise I need to start again from scratch.

Not sure if it will work but try the same trick with the adding of cars to the car lot with adding bak to the end of the event names.

Edit: just tried it, it didn't work but it did take the lock off the GT1 event.

with the new update you told me the cars are not unlocking in the garage but instead are in the car lot by default, is there a way for them to unlock in the garage and be available in the car lot also.

They still get put in your garage but with the update you can now buy a 2nd unlockable car from the car lot. plus the cars that were disappearing when you quit the game will still be there when you start it up.

another car that didn't stay in the garage after buying it was the Alfa Romeo Giulietta QV.

the last 3 are limited edition events. i dont know how to access them but when I or somebody else figure it out i will update the files.

to make it work you need to be going from:

level 1-2
level 4-5
level 9-10
level 14-15
level 19-20

for example if you are level 11 use the level 15 file or this level 13 file:

I don't own SHIFT2...but I have to call you on this statement. Content unlock should be optional on ALL games. As consumers who paid for the full content, no one should have to pay for codes or any such nonsense. That's double-dipping and just plain thievery. As to your point...some folks work and have families but still enjoy simracing...time permitting. The lack of time means that they just don't or can't unlock content they paid for.

You can also use Cheat Engine. Open the shift2u process in Cheat Engine, search for the amount of meny you have, then in game buy something and do next search, this will leave 2 values and edit them both. Now you have more money
