ok people
I found a complete restoration of this car very detailed work http://www.fiat128.de/Restauration/F...lly_gr__2.html but still can not find technical information on the engine Judging by the pictures ... 4 cylinder 8 valves 1300 cc dual carburetor 4-horn intakes (Weber Vergaser 45 DCOE) 5-speed somewhere around 160-180 hp maybe more Last edited by cream; 7 April 11 at 11:08. |

The fantastic Fiat 128 was produced in Argentina were they developed a "racing" aftermarket named "model iAVA 90cv" 1.300 cc, 5 speed gearbox and a 40/40 Weber horizontal carburetor. A few of those kits were used in the colombian assembled Fiat Colmotores 128 s and raced without success against Simcas 1.300 and very well customized Renaults 4 with 1.3 liters "poisoned" engines. Those Fiats were beautiful cars!

It takes time to get cars done and people have their lives too. Modding is something done in free time.
