What are these XP points?

I think i have never see second one marked even when i did all track and event objectives.

It's a fraction. On your screenshot, you got 270 out of 810. The 810 just isn't highlighted because you didn't get all 810 potential points. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Before events start (while it's loading) it usually tells you 3 secondary objectives that you can achieve while doing the race that will get you bonus points...

Yes i get this secondary objectives(track objectives-clean lap etc..) when i make this screenshot.I became first.What else i must do?As i told i have never see second XP points highlighted.

Look at your screenshot. You can't get more XP-Points because you have already reached the maximum

Was it ever lit? I think from UI designer point of view it just there to show the max XP possible you can get.

I'm more curious about the Profile Actions

What about them?These are poitns tha tyou get from actons during race-perfect line,clear overtake,corner mastered,clean sector etc...

They wont light up,all that is there for is to show you how many points are available for the 3 things,ie:

Clean lap
Lead for a lap
Lap in less than x:xx

Or as this pic shows:

Beat Dift Length: 00:06
Beat Drift Score: 500

And as I failed both I got 0 out of 240
