Hello Sir! I may have a few requests: Mine's Nissan Skyline R34 and Nissan GTR, Lambo Murcielago and Gallardo SV skins, Mona Lisa Silvia S15 (Tokyo Drift), and Monster Energy skins for various cars ( there were some freakin' cool Monster skins for SHIFT 1)...
I know it's a lot, I do not expect anyone to do such work, but y'know, do which you like and share it/them with us...
I am trying to learn how to make skins, I have the software for it, but it's kinda hard!
So you decide to do them or not. Anyway thanks the General!

Ok, I'm a newb. I downloaded the BFFtools but discovered that since I have Win7 it's not going to work. So I used the unpacker and then drag and dropped the custom dds file into the unpacked folder, replacing the original.
I then repacked it and put the new bff folder in the original folder, replacing the original.
I ran Shift 2 and...no change.
I used the unpacker and verified the correct dds file was loaded.
I got nothing, any tips?

I should mention that the file I replaced was VehicleHRLiveries.bff
