Where do I download the PrototypeSCC mod?

I find a lot of foreign websites so I get lost on those. Where is the most recent release of this mod?

I need this to have the Audi R8 right?

Start with ver 2.38 add the 3 skins an then add 2.39 patch

ok I did that and don't know where to find the R8. I am trying to get the street version of the Audi R8...R8 GT I believe?
