Taking into consideration Lewis Hamilton's driving style, would anybody here allow him to drive in one of their online leagues?
I'm not a Hamilton basher, but I've seen him do so many moves in his racing career that would be considered totally anti-social in a virtual race. example: one of the prime rules of online racing is it is always the responsibility of the trailing car to avoid contact with the car in front EVERY SINGLE TIME, UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Just curious... Would you want him driving in your league? |

![]() The one with Shumi and hem.. i don't remember his name, is a good example of the complexity for some example. By the way, Shumi gently said that was a pure race incident, no guilty there and no complaint from him... Appearently he was fast and very close, the other guy reduced a bit too quicly to let pass him, and the accident was done... |

So would I, but I'd be watching his track ettiquette very very closely.
Lewis is fast, but he's fast as a great hot-lapper, but not so much as a 'racer'. He just can't cope with other cars on the track well enough to make any decent points imo. Shame - cos he is fast. |

He's had to battle everybody since '07 whereas Vettel, for instance, has often relied on getting far ahead of everyone and then using fuel mixture to make sure he's out of the DRS. Is he a very fast driver? Yes. But he's often found wanting when trailing the likes of Hamilton, Alonso, and Button. Just saying. |
