Where is all admin commands for Race 07 dedicated servers ???

Where is all admin commands for race 07 how set to be admin on a server ?
why can i not vote restart race ?
Q i can not allow hotlap in Q on the server?

It is all not working i now in rfactor they have many command are race 07 complete withouts such things or where can i find command that can be use on servers ?

there are no front end commands on a Simbin server that i know of as for the hotlap in quali , if you mean just 1 fast lap (out lap; timed lap etc ) tick the super pole box in the server setup panel
