Minidump is incrypted

I use wtcced to decrypt all incrypted files I wish to modify but I cannot decrypt minidump to evaluate a ctd. I thought i used to be able to read minidump and usually find the problem at the very bottom of the listing.

after playing 4 years this game ,for this still dont know the answer. only can catch few lines readable what missing to load and than playing with those files but its not a sure way.some windows developer tool should read minidump files - tried but didnt work form me ,not a programmer...
