Race Injection mods

Hello mates. I wanna buy Race Injection, but i want to ask few qustion to guys who has already bought it. Is it possible to install GTR2mod for gtr Evo and Surfers Paradise track on Race injection?
Please, answer my small question

I have installed tracks and mods to my race injection, So I can't see why not.
Go for it i say, you will like it. Its cool as.

I love Race injection but hate steam.

GTR Evo is basically a Race 07 expansion pack so I don't see why mod for GTRE wouldn't work with Race 07. But I'm not sure whether GTR2 for GTR E use any content from GTR Evo or not. If it uses, then you can't.

I don't really hate steam. I think there are better ways thats all.

I dislike sinbin using steam because I have my race sim at my factory and do not have an internet connection for 30 kilometers. So I have to disassemble my computer and take it a total of 60 kilometers for any update or installation. Because of this I would rather pack up my system as fewwer times as I can. So a situation that calls for constant patches (like a beta game in development) is out of the question.
I like many others want it in store, finished and want to use it offline.

Please realise that many good people in many country's don't have an internet connection, there should be a way for them to get involved and support the race sim industry.

Apart from that, I don't want to be forced to pay for a service i don't want or trust.
There are ways around it of course but i would rather have a paid for legal version and support sinbin.

Now back to the subject, What is the best mod for RI?

Yeah, I shouldn't of said I hate steam. Like DD once said and I'm paraphrasing "its ok so long as you don't make me use it". That fits me too.

Youre in melbourne, but dont have an internet connection for 30km's?
How are you taking part in this forum?
Or are you talking download quota is limited, eg your using 3g for general internet at home but dont have the quota for larger downloads.

I'm at home with a connection and my factory is in the middle of an optus vs telstra dispute that is far to pollitical to disscuss here.
It not just in Oz, lots of peeps have limited connections.

I'm more than happy to stay off line and not crash into your car and ruin your race. I have mates that do that for me.

I have no money tree for 3g

BTW, 200 meters down the road have an internet connection like 98% of Australians but that dosn't help me.
I plug my computer into a modem. It has no connection while in the car.

ive been putting race 07 gtr evo mods on my race injection and some work brilliant. others not so good. most common problem is no engine sounds but the cars work brilliantly. tracks have been great. but there arent that many race 07 specific mods, or where are they?

I feel your pain and I'm in US... Country Living with Satellite connection. Though I am much better off than you it seems, but limited bandwidth for 80/month!

If you buy GTR Evo it will add Nords plus the GP Nurburgring circuit and a stack of GT cars to go with it

There might be a seperate version available, but I like the Evo version best.

weissbierbude also has a lot of content for RI/Race 07 (Basically the same when it comes to modding).

Yep .. sure can .. race injection is a compilation set of race 07 with all the included expansion packs so pretty much all race 07 mods work.

GTR Evo is not in race injection. You need GTR Evo to use GTR2 mod.

I don't have RI, 'cause I play most of the time with GT cars (but I got GT Power Pack to add the Ford GT and BW2 M3 GT2 to the GT cars).
