Default Reversed Mirror images

Going back to my days as a beta tester for the SSM mod, I've come across an occasional car that has reversed mirrors. On most cars, if you have a wall on your left, it will appear on the far left side of the rear view mirrors. But one of the car lines in our previous version of the SCC mod, has backA$$wards mirrors. The Acura's mirrors are like this. They show a car passing on the left but in reality the car will go by on the right. The wall from above will be shown on the far right instead of the left. Using 3dsimed, I've tried flipping the mirror face but nothing changes and I'm not even sure I'm doing the correct thing anyhow.
Is there a way to reverse the image in this mirror?

Do this in 3dSimEd to reverse the horizontal image.

You mentioned Acura. I'm assuming it's the ARX from the ALMS07 mod?

I don't like to assume anything, I'm sure you know the deal on that one. LOL

When you save the .GMT to GTR2, you don't need the 'lit at night' box checked. Just in case it was checked. Okay?

Does everything check out like this in the material setting box Dave?

And what about the Mirror.BMP image. Is it centered like this example? Terrible picture isn't it?

Well this was the SCC Acura, but it still had the same mirror problems. After about 3 attempts, I did get it to swap over. Thanks. Patch time for v2.41

And to dredge up an old topic...what if the mirror image was upside down. What would the U or V value be to flip that up?

Many mods are with flipped/reversed mirrors good to know how to fix that. The Penske on the CartFactor Mod I think have this problem.

3DSimed, material properties

rescale tex u=-1.000 for left/right switch

rescale tex v=-1.000 for top/bottom switch
