Yep - Done, sorry.

I have to wait for the official results - and as I'm in Australia, give a 24 hour time period from when they are posted to when I post them - for example, often they'll get posted at like 1am on Monday (this case), so I can't do the results for like 17-18 hours till after uni/work/etc.

--

Not a huge fan of Dubai - but luckily it's Week 13 for iracing so I'll be used to the new build by Thursday/Friday and then I can concentrate on this!
The last 3 races have been easy for me to jump into, as I know the tracks and car too well - but this one will force me to test!

Although Watkins was great - Imola and Hungary were shockers for me, as I got in early messes and then spent 40minutes watching the gaps to the leaders hardly change - so hopefully I can scrape of my GTR2 bad luck and hang with the big guns here.

Quite excited as I've finally got no uni work to do for the first weekend in about 2 months! So I'll be a happy chappy on raceday, with full focus - but I suck at Dubai!!

Yes I just had a sloppy re-introduction to this track.

Managed a 2:02.5 - but it was messy!

Need plenty of practice, but atleast I'm near the champ leader in times so far

lol guys you are fast, all of you have a wheel? I think that not having it is making a big difference in some corners for me.

Having a wheel does help a lot because you drive much more smoothly than you can without one. Even something relatively cheap would be a big step up from keyboard.

Done my practice now. Not expecting to break into 2:00's with weight ballast but without it i was knocking the door of 1:59's on a very clean lap

Kalinen we did this track in season 1 - back then I used keyboad, and this track is very tough on a keyboard, especially front tyre wear. It's because of the long changing radius corners, hard to accurately steer with keys!

It seems that I'm nowhere near those times, but I will be there and I'm sure that I'll find some time in the last half hour of practice. I'm now at 2.04 mid in race trim, managed a 2.02 high in qualy. See you guys!

ooohhhh I just got mildly comfortable with this track - very fun track to drive! It's almost like driving in the wet! Tip-toe on all inputs. Fun stuff.

2:02.1 with full fuel and med's is my best just a minute ago - looking forward to testing softs and no fuel before qual!

However - 35kg still to come and this track is still a bit of an unknown for me, anyway, I'm excited for the race!

Game froze - pressed escape after about 10 secs and it took me to the garage...

I don't know what it is with me and this league!
Easiest 4th of my life I will never get back - knew tyre wear was going to be a problem so was happily sitting there 3 secs behind From and 3 secs ahead of Seyli, just starting to get into a great rhythm and it froze.

My worst track of the season, having a good race, big points haul - NNNNOPE!
haha oh well.

Bye bye championship fights.

*punches wall* - *feels sorry for himself* - *cries self to sleep*

Unlucky mate.

At least with the drop score you can still have a full season of point scoring races.

Q : 5...6 ?
R : 3

Good start and good first laps. Setled on 3th pos and after that it was a booooring but hard race. Not much laps here so driving alone is hard. Much nicer to have some one to follow.

Result was better than hoped and stayed online and no bluescreens.

quali 8th

nectaria had a much better start than i did and i lost a place in t1.
a few laps later , i could repass as he went wide somewhere .
later on , nectaria could outbreak me at the end of the straight
but he went wide and i slipped through on the inside.
from then on i slowly ran away from him and tried to narrow the gap to seyli.
middle of the race , seyli began to struggle and for a couple of laps
i was able to follow him closeby, but then he moved up a gear and ran away in the distance, until the end of the race , when seyli went off track in a strange way ( pc problems ? ) and nothing more happened.
enjoyed the race .

Pretty satisfied with this race.

Q:3

Unexpected, I managed to shave a second off my best time in practice.

R: 5

I had a very cautious start and I lost 2 or 3 places. The first laps were a bit hectic for me and I made some small mistakes. After some laps I got behind gsi bob and had a nice battle with him for some laps. Always staying within 2 seconds. It was close some times, but I didn't manage to pass him and I spun going into T5. Then the gap was about 5 seconds, but our pace was similar and I couldn't get much closer. Hadn't I made that mistake, it was to be an epic battle.

As I said, I'm very happy with my performance. I just need to prevent those small errors and I could have been higher up the rank.

Thank you for a nice race!

Yeah didn't think of that - but was hoping to bank some good points at my worst tracks!

Doesn't matter! That's online racing! Nice win!

I was actually worried with that late braking that I hit you, so I locked all tires up to avoid you, ran wide, as it would have been a racing incident take over, and I don't want it to go like that.

Nothing to write home about for me personally, glad I got the car home in 1 piece, was probably only my 2nd race (both on and offline) on this track as I find it utterly boring.

Sorry!

points fixed

- Seyli included
- Weights done
- Included a * like FIA standings for those who finish more than required distance but DNF.
- While doing that realised Fromgehenna completed over 80% at Hungary so gets those points for 10th
