My Hotmail is broken.
I can log-in, but I can't do anything with it.
Anybody else having a problem?
Any suggestions what might be wrong?

Can you change the password? I know Hotmail accounts get hacked quite often.

Did you try to clear the browser's cache and/or cookies? Maybe some webmail scripts have changed and your browser is using old ones from the cache and it can cause some conflicts.

Cache cleared automatically each time I close browser. Cleared it manually anyway.

Probably a Micro$oft issue. Lately I can't leave hotmail most of the time; trying to close the tab or browser gets me that "you are about to leave this page, any unsaved information will be lost..." window (had this account about twelve years and never saw that message before). Hotmail says it's a Firefox issue, Firefox says it's a Micro$oft problem, Micro$oft says nothing.

Can't be a Firefox issue, mine fails to function in IE also.

I have had the same problem and as I recall it was either something with running scripts or/and a Java issue.
So I decided to only enable this in Firefox and not in IE.
Therefore I cannot do or send anything if I enter Hotmail through IE.
