Hello Race fans it's time to vote I think.
I want to skin some spykers for ALMS, LM and LMES but I don’t know witch one to pick. What will we make to standard spyker on Nogrip.com please vote. And is some one already busy making Spykers skins pleas help. 1 Author dbstreet http://www.nogripracing.com/details.php?filenr=10501 2 Author scca1981 http://hosted.filefront.com/scca1981 1 2 |

hmm forgot to take this off of the filefront... rstratton will be doing a official release I believe as he has cleaned up the model.
Also they are not the same cars. The first one is from TDU and is a C8 Laviolette that I originally converted from TDU in street form and then dbstreet modified it into a race car. The one on my filefront is a C8 Spyder GT2-R converted from RD Grid. This "voting" is pointless as you are basically comparing apples to oranges. |

SCCA1981 I really like your Spyker conversion, its really good quality. It drives looks and fits well with the default GTR2 cars. A few of things though, the glass appears to have a smoked effect making it look overcast all the time. Also on replay the tyres have a grey band on the the contact area. Is there anything that can be done about these? If not I can live with them. Other thing I found strange was the audio, you've used the Ferrari 360 sounds but surely the engine should be a lower pitched grumbling V8 ?

Isn't the 2. a spyder one?
If I remeber the real Spyker running at LeMans, ALMS etcc is coupè, so I vote 1 |

I too was really surprised by the quality of your conversion (as per usual w/ your stuff). I appreciate the willingness to update it as well. Personally, the "smoked" windshield effect was the only little gripe I had!
Thanks... |

The v1.0 looks awesome mate, really good conversion. One thing makes it stand out from the other cars in NGT though, and thats the wheels. Because they don't have the blur when rotating they really stand out. Would it be possible to mod the GTR2 OZ rims under it? From the 575 or Morgan?
