AI cars that do not not leaving pits

I know theres another thread about this but that is specific to one mod, but my problem is this. I've added a car to a one make class by editing the GBD etc, everything shows up fine in the showroom and after loading the track all appears normal. But for a practice or qualifying session the car never fully leaves the pitbox. The engine starts up and the car crawls forward till its halfway out then jumps back into the pit only for the whole process to repeat itself. Does anyone have a clue whats wrong or what I'm missing?

I used to have the same trouble with the Caterham mod until i uninstalled it

It would be helpful to know what car this applies to, or is it a global thing?

Maybe the track aswell, I know some cars struggle to leave the pits on Spa 2004, even the stock cars. I think it maybe something to do with the gradient, and the AI can't quite cut it.
