CD-Key

Not sure what happened to my last thread...

After installing the bugbear V1.01 patch and the no file checking patch, it still asks for the CD-Key.

Any other ideas?

I thought that the game only asked for the cd key once when installed?

Not on my version in XP apparently. Everytime I run the game it asks for the CD-KEY. It didn't do that in WinME.

I fixed it. I had to run the game in Windows 98/ME compatibility mode first, enter the CD Key and then turn off compatibility mode. Now it doesn't ask for it.
