Default Converting skins to fit other models?

Hey guys

I finally got the car I've been working on the last couple of days converted...

But I have a number of skins that are for another model of the same car that don't fit the converted model.

I've seen the options for rescaling textures in 3DSimEd but I don't quite know how to use them.

One of the problems is that the parts of the skin for various parts of the car, front wing, rear wing etc. aren't in the same place as they are on the skin that works...

Could someone give me some pointers on how to rescale a texture so it fits a new model, I'd rather do it in 3DSimEd if possible but I can do it in Photoshop if that's easier...

Thanks in advance for any help, it's always appreciated.
