Hahaha!
How far will a 935 fly after hitting 'a green bump in the road'?

Important Note for Mini-Sprint users : To activate Speed Limiter ingame go to your Mini-Sprint file (X:\GTL\GameData\Teams\TC-65\Mini Cooper S\Mini Sprint) , open MINI_SPRINT_KAD.HDC (with editor) and scroll a bit down:

[ENGINE]
RevLimitAvailable=1
SpeedLimiter=1 // Whether a pitlane speed limiter is available

Change it from "0" to "1" like shown.
Don't forget to save changes.

@all : watch out for your engine temperature/ rpm - LM77 is notorious for blown engines !

No words to describe what happened to me...

Problem to load GVRC_ADI's car...I can't go into the menu of the car's setup...No setup to load...No setup to modify and improve...No laps in qualifying to try the track (I did about 5 laps before the race, but I know it very well by television)...
Race...First lap...Crash...Pit-stop because I've problem with suspension...Let a lot of 935 pass me many times because I was lapped many times....Problem with tyres....So I have problems to brake in the last two chicanes...So I get a stop and go...With another pit-stop to do...
In this moment I lost my patience

Maybe better luck next time parroz

My race was over even faster; thought it was a good idea to request pit in after the Dunlop bridge and missed my braking point by a few miles

Good fun all in all though! Congrats to Paolo and thanx to the guys from GVRC!

Hello,

was a great race - sadly with many failures...

Hard to drive the Porsche 935 without making any mistakes.

So I finished 8th with my Mini-Sprint

Same place, same accident Sarafan (5th Lap).
Car was excellent, good setup, managed to follow the Top 3 after restart (from the back), passed Dunlop Bridge , right breaking point - brakes lock (did nothing wrong) - hard impact - engine off - game over !

Just while I was standing there Schens had the same issue wondering why his brakes don't work as they should - with a bit more luck than me

Well, during our race at Norisring I noticed that tires and brakes are going down for a certain period & getting better again until it becomes really bad - which corresponds with the Original P 935 Type from this time.(More advanced brake-system came later).
Read a description somewhere just recently.

Nevermind. Had a lot of fun watching you guys and to entertain you with some race info via Chat and Teamspeak.

Apologise for little delay and last-minute issues !

Thx 4 joining all !

PS: Cu all next month : GTL 77/79 at Monaco '79

Yes I saw that! 2 more cars flying past my wreck into the barricades. I felt so stupid because I had a good race up untill then I've driven the 935 at VLM Le Mans a lot on SP so I knew the track very well. And then, just like that, I had my Michael Delaney-moment Ah well, that's racing I suppose

I was a little bit fast giving up the race, because somebody hit me into the wall at the start, and after watching the replay, I saw, it has been parroz...
Ok, I am not really pissed of somebody (think next time will run better )
but would like to know, if I did something wrong.. cause I kept my line and others passed right, too...
Perhaps a little bit too much fighing at the beginning of the race for me..

Excuse me all for the chat during qualifying...Hope to have a better race on Monaco...

P.S.
Sorry for the crash at the start..But I saw too many cars braked...I didn't brake a lot, so try to pass toergisch on the right but he also turned right to overtake another car(Right? I hope to not be confused with race 1)...So we crashed...Sorry again...

Little OT:
Watch this:
Can someone tell me what are the default setting for keyboard???
I need default setting for: 1) Steering; 2)Throttle; 3) Brake; 4) Sterring second speed (it's the last option...with 60%).

I modified them to try joystic, but I didn't save them so I don't remember what setting I had.

Thanks.

Hey Parroz,

np with start crash. For default settings: I use a wheel so I don't know which settings are best for keyboard ( >>respect , guess its not easy) but to get the default settings just create a new driver/profile ingame, there you will have all defaults again (to compare with your current "Parroz" settings)
