I feel I should warn people NOT to download and use this file !

The right way and the most simple way of unlocking everything, both tracks and cups in GTR2 is just by dropping the SDNDTG.DYN file in the mean GTR2 folder.

You can download the SDNDTG.DYN files here, although it is just an empty 0 byte txt file you can create on your own in 5 seconds. Download only if you don't know how to create and name files correctly.

This download, and any gdb files editing is always a VERY BAD idea ! Changing the tracks gdb files would cause mismatches, changing the cups gdb files as it is done here probably wouldn't as cups are offline per se, but anyway...

Sorry 4 my english, but you don´t change something in the track .gdb...only in the cup .gdb and it works only in the single player...and it works ! ! !
Many ways go to ROME ! ! !

It is NOT my way - it is the OFFICIAL way ! Unlocking stuff via .DYN files is the usual official way used by Blimey! Games, the developer of both GT Legends and GTR2.

Anyway, I don't think we should make such a big deal about this.

I just wanted to draw attention that this choice (how to unlock) was already mentioned on another forum and resolved in the way I explained. But anyone is free to download and use whatever he wants.
