I know there are some on here who are interested in the more technical side of Motorsport and Track Driving and I had to do some data analysis for a car I had worked in recently as it felt badly UNDER DAMPED (most road cars are under damped)

It provided some interesting video footage as we had a helmet cam running and you could really see the effect of the VERTICAL ACCELERATION. You really couldn't really feel this much on the track, what alerted me to it was I drive it on the road and with the stiffer/lower springs you could really feel they were badly underdamped.
